We all know branding is important when it comes to rallying supporters around your issue, so why not extend your organization or company’s brand to your emails? Or maybe you just want to save time each week when sending out your newsletter. Whatever the reason, adding custom email templates that you can use over and over couldn’t be easier!
In order to save a template that you can use as a starting point for future email communications, follow the steps for drafting an email through the test phase, but do NOT click Finalize & Send Email. You may want to leave your content generic and include placeholder text that you can update for individual emails as you’re creating the template.
When you’re satisfied with your email template, click to drop down the Actions tab in the top left corner of the editor.
Click the third option, Save as Template, and you’ll be prompted to give your email template a name.
Once you’ve clicked Save Template, you’ll be able to access it in the “Your Templates” area during the email drafting process.
