Here are five reports our clients find most useful (and where to access them in the system):
All Stakeholders & Activities
This report is a comprehensive overview of an action. It provides a listing of all action-takers, their information (including voting districts where matched), and, where applicable, each target/legislator they contacted along with the content of the message they shared.
Where To Find It: Within the Flash Reports, you’ll see the download link at the top right of the screen of any Tag, Action, State, District, or Legislator Overview page.
Recipients Receiving Messages
This report tallies the number of messages each of your action targets has received for a specified action or actions. For legislators, state and district number are also included.
Where To Find It: Reports > Advocacy tab (if you want to aggregate multiple actions via “Customize”) OR on an individual Action Overview page, within the Flash Reports at the top right of the screen.
Stakeholders Sans Congressional District
This report is a great way to find all stakeholders in the system who have yet to be matched to their Congressional Districts. Typically, if the system can’t match them to their Congressional District, they’ll also lack State Senate and State House/State Assembly districts, as well. This is a great place to start when looking to fix bad addresses.
Where To Find It: Reports > Recommended tab
Outbound Email Report
This report is a great way to look at the email stats for your outbound messages over a period of time. In a single report, compare how different emails performed in relation to one another, or sum/average your email stats over a specific period of time. From number of recipients, to opens, clicks, bounces – and more – you can select specific emails to include in the report, or simply set a date range to pull a report on all emails sent during that time.

Performance/Participation By Tag
This report can help you track how well (or if) your key stakeholder groups are taking action and engaging with your emails. Need to make sure your Go-Team Advocates are sending messages to their legislators, or that your 2021 Board of Directors is reading your newsletters? Be sure to check out this report to find out.
